Our Returns policy

We operate a returns policy as follows.

Superclean Pressure Washers may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

How does it work?

We offer a 14 day, no quibble, money back returns policy. Just advise us within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days for a full refund. The buyer has to pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Please include your original receipt and send it via a recorded delivery service so nothing is lost in transit (we will not be held liable for returned items that are lost in transit and were not sent via a recorded service).
