The Maxflow HC55 Static Cabinet Hot Pressure Washer is designed for fixed installations that need serious hot water cleaning every day. A 400v 1450 RPM semi-industrial motor drives a premium Italian brass head Comet pump to deliver 15 LPM at 200 bar (3000 PSI), giving strong performance for transport fleets, industrial sites and agricultural yards. A high efficiency diesel fired boiler can heat water up to 100 °C so you can shift grease, oil and heavy soiling quickly.

The HC55 is housed in a fully insulated, powder coated steel cabinet that keeps components protected and gives a neat, professional finish in any wash bay or service area. A timed auto-stop system shuts the machine down if the trigger is not pulled for more than 10 minutes, which helps reduce wear on the pump, motor and boiler. The 36 litre water tank with float valve and filtration supports a stable supply, while the 36 litre diesel tank feeds the vertical boiler for extended hot water runtime. Photocell flame control adds an extra layer of burner safety during operation.

Supplied with a 20 metre twin-wire Flexepulse hose and a Maxflow professional trigger gun with quick release, the HC55 is ready to work with foam bottles, turbo lances and other accessories. A low pressure chemical system makes detergent application straightforward when extra cleaning power is needed. There is also the option to mount a retractable hose reel inside the cabinet, keeping the installation tidy and ready to use.
