The Maxflow HC75 Static Cabinet Hot Pressure Washer is built for fixed installations that need high flow hot water cleaning every day. A 400v 1450 RPM semi-industrial motor drives a premium Italian brass head Comet pump to deliver 21 LPM at 200 bar (3000 PSI). Combined with a diesel-fired boiler that heats water up to 100 °C, the HC75 is well suited to heavy soiling on fleets, plant, yards and industrial floors.

The machine is housed in a fully insulated, powder-coated steel cabinet that protects components and gives a neat, professional finish in wash bays and service areas. A timed auto-stop system shuts the washer down if the trigger is not pulled for more than 10 minutes, which helps cut wear on the pump, motor and boiler. A 36 litre water tank with float valve and filtration supports a steady supply, while the 36 litre diesel tank feeds the vertical boiler for long hot water runtime. Photocell flame control adds extra burner safety in use.

The HC75 is supplied with a 20 metre twin-wire Flexepulse hose and a Maxflow professional trigger gun with quick release so you can swap to foam bottles, turbo lances and other accessories quickly. A low-pressure chemical system makes it easy to apply detergents when extra cleaning power is needed. There is also an option to mount a retractable hose reel inside the cabinet to keep the installation tidy and ready to work. Maxflow cabinet machines are built to order, with a typical lead time of around one to two weeks.
