Warranty for Pressure Washers
Warranty is for 12 months for each item unless stated otherwise e.g. Honda and Yanmar have 3 years manufacturer warranty on their engines.
All warranty claims must be returned to base at customer's expense. We will then inspect the item, and if it is a warranty claim, it will be repaired including labour and returned to the customer at our expense.
Warranty for Parts & Accessories
Parts & Accessories have a 6 months return to base warranty. If part found to be faulty and was not in fact fitted incorrectly, a new part will be sent out at our expense. No Labour claim on Parts and accessories.

Please include your original receipt and send it via a recorded delivery service so nothing is lost in transit (we will not be held liable for returned items that are lost in transit and were not sent via a recorded service).
