Built in the UK on a corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame, this ProFlame 76 Van Mount system combines industrial-grade components with intelligent design for demanding cleaning professionals.

Powered by the robust Yanmar 3TN76 25HP water-cooled diesel engine, this unit achieves a powerful output of 25 litres per minute at 300 Bar. The integrated high-output charging system ensures a stable 12V supply to the Mazzoni 25L boiler, avoiding common voltage issues seen in lesser units. Ideal for stadiums, car parks, recycling centres and paint removal work, the unit excels where both heat and pressure are required.

With features including a Mazzoni GM pump with helical gearbox and flexi coupling, VRT300 RTT unloader valve with pressure gauge (adjustable from 10 to 300 Bar), and an integrated 60L diesel tank, this setup offers full independence without reliance on external power sources.

The package includes a Suttner ST2635 Kew trigger, steam lance with ceramic tip, turbo lance, and washdown lance. Accessories connect via Kew quick-release, allowing fast transitions between tools without shutting down the machine.

Optional 650L bolt-on water tank with drain valve is available for extended autonomy. All units are assembled and tested in the UK, delivered ready to operate.
