CONTROLLER CALIBRATION - Please consider that in variable conditions and situations, calibration should take place on each set up.

1. To prime the pump ensure valves are open on lance/poles. Turn the flow rate to 99, once the chemical feed has filled and the line has primed, turn down the flow rate to to 20-35.
2. Now that you have set the controller to a medium rate of 20-35 leave the flow open and auto-calibrate the controller to the desired flow rate.
3. If any parameters change ie the jets in the brush (fan/pencil), applicator nozzles, diameter or distance of the hose then recalibrate accordingly for the best efficiency.
4. Close the lid when in operation.
5. Finally, for a good 10 minutes and with fresh water, flush the pump and chemical lines to provide your equipment with longevity.
